We’ve been working hard behind the scenes on our new Admin Console, and we’re happy to announce that it is out. The new Admin Console is easier to use, faster, and comes with a lot of new features.
The new forms designer has a couple of cool new features: dynamic fields, section reordering, improved the handling of editing field types. Here’s a preview of dynamic fields:
Dynamic fields allow you to create dropdowns for selecting priority or contacts. These are pulled in from your PSA when Portal renders the form. You can also customize where the dynamic fields pull data from. This allows you to populate dropdowns with any data you want.
Test out the new features on selected clients, before rolling out to all your clients. Gone are the days of trying to track down these feature flags for your companies – they’re now all here in one place.
Custom menus allow you to create your own menu items for use inside Portal. You’ll be able to customize the icons, names, position, links, and many more advanced options. Advanced users will be able to use data we pass to embeds to customize their user experience; the possibilities here are endless. Here are a few shots:

We’re in the process of updating our documentation for the new admin console. If you’re having trouble following outdated docs, you can always switch back to the old admin console or contact us through our support portal. There’s a button on the top left of the navigation menu.
