The new 14.2 Client Console has many new features including;
Add Screenshot Your clients now have the ability to add screenshots to existing tickets. Not only that but a note will be added to the ticket so both you and they know it happened. |

The 14.2 release of the Staff Heads Up Display now includes;
Downstream IT Support You now have the unique ability to brand the Heads Up Display and provide it to IT staff at clients. They can use it to view and work tickets, see the presence of their staff and even chat with them! |

Presence everywhere Client presence indicators have been added throughout the product to allow your staff to know when clients are available for support interactions including chat. |
